CROSS SYNC was born from the founder's experience as a resident physician with unexpected death due to postoperative sudden changes.
While working in acute and intensive care, I keenly felt the limitations of "awareness" in medical settings and the difficulty of critical care management relying on human resources. Based on this experience, we are building systems that utilize sensing and AI to support early detection of warning signs and decision-making of medical staff.
To save as many lives as possible. This is the challenge of CROSS SYNC, which began with on-site voices and original experiences.

CROSS SYNC has developed "iBSEN DX" centered on remote patient monitoring technology. In March 2024, we obtained medical device certification and began utilizing it as a remote ICU system in medical settings.
The solutions we provide may be small steps, but we believe each step has the power to make healthcare a little better.

Graduated from Yokohama City University School of Medicine, worked in intensive care, emergency medicine, and anesthesiology before founding the company. In 2019, served as a member of AMED's committee on prioritizing medical device development, working on proposals for advancing diagnosis and treatment through digitalization and data utilization. Director of the Intensive Care Department at Yokohama City University Hospital. Specialist in intensive care, emergency medicine, and anesthesiology.
After working at Hitachi Medical and in Singapore, engaged in development and design of MR imaging devices at the design headquarters. Received Good Design Award for MR imaging device "ECHELON Vega". Received Cabinet Office's 1st Japan Open Innovation Grand Prize Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award for smart operating room "SCOT". Current position since January 2023.
After working at major IT companies and AI/IoT ventures, became independent and founded an AI startup. Joined CROSS SYNC at the invitation of Takagi (founder), a middle and high school classmate. At the AI venture, engaged in launching new AI businesses and contributed to its listing as an AI stock. Later served as head of AI new business, managing the launch of multiple services. Graduated from Tokyo University Graduate School of Education.
