CROSS SYNC is a MedTech startup from Yokohama City University. Founded by an active physician, we develop practical solutions rooted in real clinical needs. Our mission is to improve survival rates and ease the burden on healthcare professionals, delivering new value to society.
CROSS SYNC was founded from our founder's experience with unexpected postoperative deaths during residency.
Recognizing limits in clinical awareness and the challenges of manual critical care, we developed AI and sensing solutions to detect early warning signs and support decision-making.
Driven by the desire to save more lives, our challenge began with the voices from the frontline and that original experience.
What We Can Do
CROSS SYNC is a medical venture bringing together medical professionals, engineers, and business experts to tackle challenges in healthcare. We have been working toward realizing "ICU Anywhere," starting with the development of "iBSEN DX" to advance the adoption of remote ICU solutions in society. Leveraging our extensive knowledge and experience, we are committed to our purpose—"Transforming Healthcare as We Know It"—as we continue to innovate, deliver new value to society, and contribute to building a sustainable healthcare system.

Shunsuke Takagi
東京医科大学にて博士（医学）を取得した後、東京大学医科学研究所、京都大学iPS細胞研究所で研究者としてのキャリアを積み上げた後、DeNAグループ、製薬企業でAI医療機器開発やデータ利活用プラットフォームを活かしたアライアンスなどを担当。2024年5月にCROSS SYNCに参画。東海大学医学部客員講師。
横浜市立大学医学部卒、集中治療・救急・麻酔に従事した後、当社を創業。2019年AMED医療機器開発の重点化に関する検討委員会のメンバーとして、デジタル化/データ利用による診断・治療の高度化の提言策定に従事。横浜市立大学附属病院 集中治療部 部長。集中治療・救急・麻酔専門医。
大手IT事業者、AI/IoTベンチャーを経て、独立しAIスタートアップを創業。中学高校の同級生である髙木(創業者)の誘いで、CROSS SYNCに参画。AIベンチャーでは、AIの新規事業立ち上げに従事し、AI銘柄としての上場に貢献。その後AI新規事業の責任者として、複数サービスの立ち上げを担当。東京大学大学院教育学研究科修了。
